LiPo/LiHV Racing Battery Maintenance Guide
Improper use can accelerate battery degradation, reduce performance and lifespan, or evencause connector damage, leakage, or fire. Always inspect the battery for damage, swelling,or leakage before and after use. Do not use damaged batteries.

Charge Timing
Recharge promptly after use (>3.3V/cell). Avoid deep discharge (≤3.0V/cell)

Charging Temperature
10°C to 45°C

Voltage Settings
- LiHV: ≤4.35V/cell
- LiPo: ≤4.20V/cell

Current Settings
Recommended at 1c. (lf over-discharged, charge at 0.2C to >3.0V/cell before using higher current.)

Maximum Operating Temp
-20°C to 60°c (optimal: 10'c to 45°C).
Pre-warm in cold environments if needed.

Max Continuous Current
- Shorty battery: ≤40A
- Stick battery: ≤60A

Cutoff Voltage
3.0V/cell minimum. Avoid full charge/discharge-keep battery between 30%-90% for best cycle life.

Storage Conditions
Short-term (<3 months): -20C to 20°C, away from heat and sunlight.
Long-term (≥3 months): o'C to 25°C, ≤75% RH

Storage Voltage
3.8V/cell to 3.9V/cell. Do not store fully charged or empty.

Maintenance Cycle (Every Month)
- Charge at 0.2C to 4.15V/cell → rest 5 min
- Discharge to 3.2V/cell at 0.2C → rest 5 min
- Charge to 3.85V/cell at 0.2C

Physical Protection
Avoid impact, puncture, or shock. Use protective packaging during
transport.

(Air)Transport Voltage
≤3.6V/cell
