1979, the city of Yokohama, Japan; one of World’s most famous and experienced RC Racer and ambassador was born… Atsushi Hara started RC racing in a miraculous way when he was 9 years old. He became one of the World famous and professional Racer in the year 2000, after he won the IFMAR 1/10 TC World Championship title in his home country at the “RC Paradise” Yatabe Arena in Tokyo, Japan.
After his first IFMAR WC title in 2000, he added another World Championship to his collection: winning the 1/8 Nitro Offroad World Championship in 2008 in North Carolina, USA. He became on of the few elite members of the RC “complete wins” club to collect a Worlds title in both 1/10 electric and 1/8 gas powered cars.

Atsushi Hara enjoys unwinding by playing golf and taking trips with his wife. When he’s not racing or practicing, he loves to explore new destinations and immerse himself in different cultures, finding balance between his competitive career and personal life. These moments of relaxation and adventure help him recharge and stay focused on his passion for RC racing.
